Pray this prayer loud

“Jesus, I believe in You. I believe You are the Son of God, that You died for the forgiveness of my sins, and that You rose again. I repent for my sins and I ask for forgiveness. I believe You died on the cross to save me and I confess You as my Lord and Saviour. Come into my heart, and make me the way You want me to be. Thank You, Jesus, for saving me! Amen.”

If you prayed this Prayer to Receive Jesus as Your Saviour, I would love to hear from you.

What Does The Bible Say?

If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are savedRomans 10:9-10.

“For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith-and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God” – Ephesians 2:8

Jesus paid the price for all your sins. “But when Christ came as high priest of the good things that are now already here, he went through the greater and more perfect tabernacle that is not made with human hands, that is to say, is not a part of this creation. He did not enter by means of the blood of goats and calves; but he entered the Most Holy Place once for all by his own blood, thus obtaining eternal redemption” – Hebrews 9:11-12

“But when this priest (Jesus) had offered for all time one sacrifice for sins, he sat down at the right hand of God,and since that time he waits for his enemies to be made his footstool. For by one sacrifice he has made perfect forever those who are being made holy” – Hebrews 10:12-14

When you believed in Jesus, He sent you a deposit of The Holy Spirit which now dwells in you. Ephesians 1:13-14 says When you believed, you were marked in him with a seal, the promised Holy Spirit, who is a deposit guaranteeing our inheritance until the redemption of those who are God’s possession – to the praise of his glory”.

You Are A New Creation

“I have been crucified with Christ, and it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself up for me” – Galatians 2:20

“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!” – 2 Corinthians 5:17

Now that you are born again, you died to your old self, you died to your sinful life, and you now live in Christ. You are a new creation.

You are saved and justified through Jesus Christ. When God looks at you, the person who accepted Christ as your Saviour, He sees you completely justified — perfect — as if you had never sinned.

“But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God”1 Corinthians 6:11

“Therefore, my friends, I want you to know that through Jesus the forgiveness of sins is proclaimed to you.Through him everyone who believes is set free from every sin, a justification you were not able to obtain under the law of Moses” – Acts 13:38-39
